Invisible Learning
A joint collaboration between researchers at the Leapfrog Institutes and the Oxford Internet Institute, Invisible Learning examines current theories and trends, as well as international experiences and technological developments that promote sustainable innovation in education.
The end product is a book which provides an extensive bibliography, a comprehensive glossary, and other digital resources, including a collection of research and various case studies which reveal issues such as: new theories and ideas in education; challenges for 21st century educational institutions; policy recommendations; new flows of innovation; peer-based learning; informal education; and, the use of open and collaborative technologies. This work, first published in Spanish in April 2011, is edited by Laboratori de Mitjans Interactius (University of Barcelona) with additional support from the International University of Andalucía.

International co-seminars
The co-seminar model was designed by collaborating faculty at the Leapfrog Institutes at the University of Minnesota and FLACSO-México. In a pilot of the co-seminar model in summer of 2008, the collaborators built a course that integrated internally-focused content on innovation, knowledge management, and a forward-looking analysis of education in the 21st and 22nd centuries. The project included training instructors from multiple countries, and the participation of specialists from around the world (through virtual and in-person participation). The model has since been employed in additional co-seminars across Latin America as well as linking Chinese institutions with the U.S.
